TidyCal for booking appointments.
Stripe for payment processing.
Google Workspace and NAS private servers for email and file storage.
Session recordings and transcriptions are temporarily stored by Zoom and Fathom under their own retention policies. When needed for recordkeeping or client access, we securely store copies on our private server.
All client records are retained while the client relationship is active and deleted within seven (7) years after the last session, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Sharing Your Information
We may share limited information with trusted third parties who help us operate our business, including:
Payment processors (Stripe)
Scheduling and communication platforms (TidyCal, Zoom, Google)
Transcription tools (Fathom)
Each of these partners maintains its own privacy and security standards, and your data is only shared as necessary to deliver services to you.
We will never sell or rent your information to any external party.

Although we are based in the United States, we work with clients worldwide.
