Session & Booking Support
All coaching and consulting sessions are prepaid and scheduled directly through our secure booking system.
If you need assistance with:
Scheduling or rescheduling an appointment
Clarifying session details or preparation instructions
Questions about your invoice or receipt
Please contact us at the email above and include your name, session type, and preferred time zone.
Refunds and Rescheduling
All sessions are by appointment only. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed-session fee.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
Our goal is always to ensure every client feels respected, supported, and satisfied with their experience.
